What Really Happened Between La Kaffa And Loob Holding? I must say that the answer is don't know. As the saying goes by "

The Taiwanese company's allegations over the use of "unapproved ingredients" also raised questions about Chatime's halal status. In response, Loob Holding CEO Bryan Loo denied all of La Kaffa's "false and malicious" claims, clarifying that the ingredients used are halal-certified by JAKIM.

Following the launch of Tealive on Friday, 17 February, 161 out of 165 existing Chatime outlets are set to move forward with the new brand.

In my opinion, Bryan Loo is instead a very brave young entrepreneur, does not scared the sudden termination by La Kaffa , instead sue them being terminate without early inform. This is a very good lesson that should learn by younger generations nowadays that when we meet the obstacle, we should not step back , instead overcome them.

What I'm going to say is that those saying above is AWESOME and very INSPIRING!!!

Recently, Bryan Loo, the chief executive officer of Loob Holding released a video under the page “Tea Is Our Life” and the video is entitled “The Power Of Tea”.

In the video, Bryan Loo mentioned how the past few weeks has been crazy. After all, the announcement of the closing down of all 165 Chatime outlets in Malaysia was a shock to Malaysians. Nonetheless, Bryan shared how the team will be working tirelessly together to release a new brand called “Tea Is Our Life”. The spirit of not giving up easily and "You KNOCK me down , I will STAND UP stronger" is really inspires me.

  My birthday wishlist is my mother wishlist. My birthday 8 April is the hardest day for my mother. I'm not going to celebrate my birthday, because I'm going to celebrate my mother's one.  Above is the watch I choose for a long time for my mother. She loves this kind of watch very much and I think this watch's price is affordable and the design is so unique. Love it.  Shameless to say, until now , I'm still not enough money to buy a watch to my mother and mother says she don't need it , not because that she doesn't need it, this is because she wants to save money. I think the watch is essential in our daily life.

2.External hard Drives

My mother is a "Business Girl" she works very hard to raise me up. She likes to store important information in her pen drive but I think the storage of the pen drive is limited so I plan to give this present on her birthday. Furthermore, I asked her why she don't want to buy hard disk instead of using so many pen drives  cause trouble to herself and she told me that hard disk was very expensive. So I decide to give this present on her birthday. Thank you very much.

3.Womens Bag

I was quite angry of my mother's friend sometime. This is because they always tease my mother for bringing an old and torn bag and also show off their expensive bag in front of my mother. That's why I strive to win this contest and give it to my mother, so that she can become the most beautiful woman in the world!!!

4.Running shoes

My mother love to jogging in the neighbourhood very much. Every morning, she can don't eat breakfast but she can't don't jogging every morning. Recently , I saw her budget running shoes who bought seven years ago had worn out, so I decided to buy her a branded new and quality running shoe so that she can be healthy and live until 100++ years old to let me take care of her and take care of her lives.

5.Wardrobe

My mother always scold me and my siblings because of our clothes and trousers all scatters over the floor. I must say that it is not our fault because our house doesn't has a proper wardrobe to put our accessories , clothes and trouser. Therefor , the last wish list will be given to myself. Oops , IS THE WHOLE FAMILY . THANK YOU.

I must say that one must not be greedy. Above 5 things I mentioned above is really enough and is ESSENTIAL FOR ME , MY MOTHER , AND WHOLE FAMILY. I really appreciated and so honoured to be able to participate in this contest to fulfil my wish.

I am a new blogger, besides sharing my tips on how to success in SPM, I always dream to do business online, analyze pros and cons of doing online shopping   , and here come my chance which is iPrice E-Commerce Blogging Competition,by https://iprice.my/(One of my favourite online shop), allow me write out my opinion on the main challenges online shoppers face nowadays. I , from the perspective a special advisor to the CEO of my favorite e-commerce company ,would like to help in further improving customer experiences in my favorite online shop which is 11 street.

Strategies  to solve the issues

1. LIVE CHAT SUPPORT-

Many customers have complaint about the poor customer service of 11street because of the long period is needed to wait for the reply or even no response so I highly recommend 11street to introduce the LIVE CHAT SUPPORT so that the customer no need to wait for so long and can get instant reply.

Many customers (include me) have an experience which is waited for too long for the phone to pick-up and even no reply at all. This is the same to the email method. Therefore, live chat customer service support is the best solution.

2. Besides, the problem is some of the sellers are not trustworthy such as they sold the defected producs and items to the customers but not allow the buyer to exchange or refund so I have some brilliant ideas which is to fine the seller for not following the rules and regulations , double-check the profile of the seller before approve them to sell their product to customers and allow only professional seller to sell their things on 11street.

3.Thirdly, my advice is to add more language to the website but not only English , this is because Malaysia is a multiracial country and also in order to squeeze into the global e-commerce , I think that the website should provide more language.

4.Furthermore, in my opinion the inconvenience when buying thing online in 11street is the checkout problem. Most of the people do not like to register in order to buy the things, they just want to checkout as a guest. Therefore, my advice to the 11street is to set up a more convenience, faster checkout method to buy things.

5. Payments options less variable is another problem. Many people still don't have any credit/ debit card so I recommend 11street to introduce all new Cash -On-Delivery service so they no need to worry if they didn't have any credit/ debit card. Some of them even worry the risk of online banking.

• Transaction is hassle free-You pay only when you receive the product at your doorstep. This makes COD option the best one compared to others.
• Return and get refund and your money back- You can check the condition of your product, if there is any defect and damage , you can just return the product back and no need to pay.
• Trust- The great thing about COD is trust, you can trust the company 11street because you are paying the money only after you receive your product at the doorstep.

Cons of Cash On Delivery

• Of course, this payment method can cause 11 street to have a great loss because sometimes there can be fraud orders as the Cash on delivery payment method does not need proofs while buying which is a loss to the E-commerce sites.
• Furthermore, Sometimes when the delivery of the products get delayed, the customers refuse to get the products and the charges for return and other taxes have to be pay by the E-commerce site.

My ways to overcome the cons of COD

1. My ways to overcome the fraud order problems is to blacklisted them and only allow them to shopping again when they willing to pay the penalty money
2. Secondly, confirming with the customer either by calling the customer or sending a mail before delivering the product can reduce the frauds and other issues related to COD.
3. The return of the product to the service provider must be completely banned and the service providers must be intimated that this kind of service should not be supported by them

In conclusion, I can't deny that the overall performance of 11street is good. I hope my advices and proposed strategies can be accepted in order to be the pink of perfection. There are many good reviews I can find on the internet but not all .I believe if my suggestion is accepted, we can overcome and defeat all the bad reviews.

My resolution of year 2017 is that 11street become the top 1 online shopping sites not only in Malaysia but also in the world. I believe we all can make it, the REAL DREAM COME TRUE
