iPrice E-Commerce Blogging Competition (11street)

I am a new blogger, besides sharing my tips on how to success in SPM, I always dream to do business online, analyze pros and cons of doing online shopping   , and here come my chance which is iPrice E-Commerce Blogging Competition,by https://iprice.my/(One of my favourite online shop), allow me write out my opinion on the main challenges online shoppers face nowadays. I , from the perspective a special advisor to the CEO of my favorite e-commerce company ,would like to help in further improving customer experiences in my favorite online shop which is 11 street.

  • Strategies  to solve the issues

    1. LIVE CHAT SUPPORT-
    Many customers have complaint about the poor customer service of 11street because of the long period is needed to wait for the reply or even no response so I highly recommend 11street to introduce the LIVE CHAT SUPPORT so that the customer no need to wait for so long and can get instant reply.
    Many customers (include me) have an experience which is waited for too long for the phone to pick-up and even no reply at all. This is the same to the email method. Therefore, live chat customer service support is the best solution.

    2. Besides, the problem is some of the sellers are not trustworthy such as they sold the defected producs and items to the customers but not allow the buyer to exchange or refund so I have some brilliant ideas which is to fine the seller for not following the rules and regulations , double-check the profile of the seller before approve them to sell their product to customers and allow only professional seller to sell their things on 11street.

    3.Thirdly, my advice is to add more language to the website but not only English , this is because Malaysia is a multiracial country and also in order to squeeze into the global e-commerce , I think that the website should provide more language.

    4.Furthermore, in my opinion the inconvenience when buying thing online in 11street is the checkout problem. Most of the people do not like to register in order to buy the things, they just want to checkout as a guest. Therefore, my advice to the 11street is to set up a more convenience, faster checkout method to buy things.

    5. Payments options less variable is another problem. Many people still don't have any credit/ debit card so I recommend 11street to introduce all new Cash -On-Delivery service so they no need to worry if they didn't have any credit/ debit card. Some of them even worry the risk of online banking.

    Benefits of Cash On Delivery

    • Transaction is hassle free-You pay only when you receive the product at your doorstep. This makes COD option the best one compared to others.
    • Return and get refund and your money back- You can check the condition of your product, if there is any defect and damage , you can just return the product back and no need to pay.
    • Trust- The great thing about COD is trust, you can trust the company 11street because you are paying the money only after you receive your product at the doorstep.

    Cons of Cash On Delivery

    • Of course, this payment method can cause 11 street to have a great loss because sometimes there can be fraud orders as the Cash on delivery payment method does not need proofs while buying which is a loss to the E-commerce sites.
    • Furthermore, Sometimes when the delivery of the products get delayed, the customers refuse to get the products and the charges for return and other taxes have to be pay by the E-commerce site.

    My ways to overcome the cons of COD
    1. My ways to overcome the fraud order problems is to blacklisted them and only allow them to shopping again when they willing to pay the penalty money
    2. Secondly, confirming with the customer either by calling the customer or sending a mail before delivering the product can reduce the frauds and other issues related to COD.
    3. The return of the product to the service provider must be completely banned and the service providers must be intimated that this kind of service should not be supported by them


    In conclusion, I can't deny that the overall performance of 11street is good. I hope my advices and proposed strategies can be accepted in order to be the pink of perfection. There are many good reviews I can find on the internet but not all .I believe if my suggestion is accepted, we can overcome and defeat all the bad reviews.


    My resolution of year 2017 is that 11street become the top 1 online shopping sites not only in Malaysia but also in the world. I believe we all can make it, the REAL DREAM COME TRUE
